Returns and Exchange

• ****Exchanges are only allowed if apparel is damaged. You may be asked to take a picture as proof. 

• Processing time on returns takes 7-10 business days from receipt of merchandise. Refunds will be issued as store credit only.

• You may exchange the merchandise for the same item only (if available) or an item of equal or lesser value if original item isn't available, should you not want a store credit. Note the buyer is responsible for shipping of new item.

• Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Sognare Ragazze reserves all rights to refuse merchandise or full credit for merchandise based on the item’s condition after careful inspection.

• If the items aren’t returned in its original condition, as stated above, you are subject to denial and a 35% restocking fee. Before items are returned to you, you are responsible for the return shipping cost

• Sognare Ragazze is not responsible for lost return packages. Please consider delivery confirmation of your package or shipping insurance.

• You may use any shipping company of choice to return merchandise.

• You will receive email confirmation after your return is processed and finalized.
